Return and Refund Policy

At MaelstroMedia, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with an exemplary shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact the Printify customer support team at [https://tinyurl.com/3vssss7c] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Printify will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued for any items returned due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.
  • For all other eligible returns, a refund of the product cost will be issued, less the original shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of Printify receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items may have a different return policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
